This unusual house was created by architect Yulian Chaplinsky in Moscow, Russia. The interior is a fascinating mix of old Russian style of ‘izba’ – it was a small house of Russian peasants made of rough logs, with French classics. The chosen colors are classical – black and white, they look so contrasting, especially white logs and black lamps. Classical black and white fireplace, the dining room that looks like it was photographed by a black and white camera… The style is unique, you would never find anything like that. I hope that the owners feel comfortable in such a space.
