Luxury Apartment In Style Of Palaces To Feel Like A Monarch

This apartment is located in the historical quarter of Turin and keeps memories about Emperor Napoleon III who had been there according to the legend. The interior is done in classical style; it makes you think of antique history, Renaissance and French Restoration. Soft furniture of crimson velvet, tables and sideboards with incrustation – the designers tried to create the style of palaces of monarchs. There are rooms of different color schemes – green, yellow just like in the maharaja’s palace. There are marble niches and porticoes in the hall. The owners wanted the apartment look like a history book of several epochs and I think the designer team had done it brilliantly. This space is one of the most luxurious and beautiful places; if you want to feel a king or a queen – such a place is the best variant.

Romantic White Loft With Huge Windows In Sweden

This poetic loft is located in Stockholm, Sweden. It’s so romantic! Huge windows make it full of light, white color make the space wider and bigger, candles, first flowers and thin light furniture give the loft its charm. Some of the things were bought at a flea market in Brooklyn; the others are from famous designers. I think exactly this mixture gives the space its peculiarities. Rough wooden floor, old bench in the centre, a table with legs made of books – everything breathes with harmony here. Light, thin and exquisite accessories fit very well. I love the bed with a pillow installation above it! It makes you think of sleeping at once. If you are not looking for a minimalist space, then this loft is a perfect space for you. It’s a paradise for a romantic person, an artist or a writer to stop life for a moment and enjoy the seclusion.

Luxury Modern Villa With Infinite Water Surface

This private residence called Villa Mayavee is created on the west coast of Phuket by Tierra Design far from popular tourist destinations. The owners get panoramic views of the Andaman Sea. Following the terrain of the site, the pool and social spaces are stepped below, offering privacy from the entry but open to views of the sea. The infinite water mirror-like surface seems not a pool but a part of the landscape. The stairs appear to rise from the water itself. The interior is modern but relaxing and fresh with neutral colors not to distract attention from the views. The villa seems to be a part of exclusive VIP resort and breathes with fresh sea air.

Luxurious Rococo Style Apartment Design

Back to classic! This luxurious apartment is located in St.Petersburg, Russia. The author is architect Igor Gremitsky. He created a space that is close to some palaces of this beautiful city. The style chosen was rococo as the owners wanted. They ordered some furniture in this style and the architect had to settle it with the interior. The interior looks amazing: stained-glass windows, overhead paintings, walls upholstered in silk, parquet. The colors are in the traditional range of rococo. The chandeliers are also luxurious and are put into the center of mirror ceiling to enlarge the amount of light produced. Despite of all these things there is everything that a person will need. I think if the owners wanted to feel like kings and queens, they will, without any doubt.

Amazing Stockholm Loft With 16 Feet Ceilings

This amazing loft is located on the top floor of a very attractive building on one of the most desired addresses in Stockholm. The building was built in 1885 so the 300 square meter loft features 16 feet ceilings. Besides the loft exposures in all four directions and is blasted in sun from glorious windows. The living space features only exclusive and high quality materials and appliances. There is also an open and very spacious living area with a fantastic wood burning fire place, a custom built bookshelf that emphasizes the height and shape of the ceiling and separate dining area from where you can enjoy the wonderful views over Östermalmstorg.

Stylish House Filled With Glamour Of The Sixties

Are you in love with the Sixties as I am? Look at this amazing house in the style of Sixties’ glamour! The house is called Camelot and was built in 1968 in Centennial Park, Sydney, Australia. The open plan design is highly functional, the interiors are streamlined. There are some really unique features like a skylit koi pond, internal rainforest garden and hideaway study. There are four oversized bedrooms with built-in robes all with access to one of the four terrazzo bathrooms plus there is a sauna and guest powder room. Additional features include a double auto garage with rear lane access, large store room. It’s exceptional! Despite of the design of the 60s, the house has all the features necessary for the modern life -abundant natural light, cross flow ventilation and a free flowing radial floor plan.

Almost Entirely Black Apartment Design

The Black Apartment is one of the best projects done by The Apt for Cindy Gallop, the chairwoman of advertising giant BBH. She asked the studio to make the apartment to looks like it’s a Shanghai nightclub at night. As the result she got an apartment with almost completely black-lacquered interior. There are no walls whatsoever, just a network of curtains which could be used to make rooms on-the-fly. Ms. Gallop has more than 300 pairs of heels that she cherishes as art so a large wall with individual light boxes for each pair was designed to store them. The whole apartment has become the great place for comfortable living filled with luxury. By the way, it’s also become an awesome place for several photo shoots and even music videos.

Cinema Renovated Into A Large Luxury Apartment

This unique studio apartment is a renovation of Plaza-Astoria Cinema in Stockholm. The cinema was designed by Bjorn Hedvall and opened in 1931 but recently it become this luxury 423 square meter living space. The apartment features a 39 square meter terracen and an 22 square meter orangery. The main living area has the ceiling height of 7.8 meters and includes such cool things as a fire ring, a luxury bathroom with adjoining sauna, a Japanese recreational area, a raised sleeping area, a walk-in closet and a 5 meter high palm-tree. The magnificent terrace has sun all day long in the summer. Besides, the apartment also features two storage space of 92 square meters of total area. Currently it’s available for sale and for rent.

Moscow Apartment Designed in Art Nouveau Style With Floral Ornament All Around

The interior of this 120 square meter apartment in Moscow, Russia is designed by Daria Grigorieva. The style that characterizes it is Art Nouveau or at least Russian version of it. Most of finishes and furniture are made of solid oak. A flowing floral ornament is an another distinctive feature of this amazing interior that could be found in many elements of decor. Lilies and irises add some aristocratic elegance and romance to the atmosphere of the apartment. The layout of the public area has is divided only visually. All doorways are shaped as arches there. The bedroom has no parallel walls so its smooth boundaries correspond to Art Nouveau style very well. There are also many other distinctive features of this style in this apartment that make the interior unforgettable.

This luxury penhouse is located in Triumph-Palace skyscraper in Moskow. The building is known for being the tallest building in Europe up to 2007. It features 57 floors, 48 of which are residential. The apartment features amazing panoramic views over the city center. Besides it features the deck that allows admiring the views while drinking morning coffee. The interior of the apartment is done in a contrasting combination of white, beige and dark shades. Furniture and other elements of decor are done in minimalist style. The living area is separated from the kitchen with a little artificial wall that saves the space’s functionality but provides some privacy for these areas. Areas like a bedroom and a bathroom are separated more firmly to make them cozy.
