Pure White Minimalist House Located on a Deserted Beach

This minimalist house is located on a deserted beach 130 kilometers south of Lima, Peru. The site is a large surface of sand naturally deviled on two by a small rock. The main features of the house design consist of a pure white color and a very simple geometry. Such modern design looks like an urban dot on the area of deserted nature. The house features an awesome beach terrace with a pool, a small bar, an BBQ area, showers and changing areas. Views to the Pacific Ocean is its feature that any visitor won’t forget. Minimalist House Located at 2990 Meters Above Sea Level and Facing a Lake

This house is called a Mountain Refuge C7 and that says everything. It’s located in quiet and peaceful place at 2990 meters above sea level in the Andes Mountains, Chile. That’s a few kilometers aways from the Argentinean border and Mount Aconcagua. The house features amazing views of Tres Hermanos Mountains and the Inca Lake that are located near by. Interior and exterior designs are done in minimalist style with large glazings. That allow to focus those who live there on the beauty of nature. The project is organized in two superposed volumes. The lower level is made of stone and contains private areas of the house. The stone helps to absorb the variations of the snow level during the winter and anchors the refuge to the slope and its rocky surroundings. [ dRN Architects | Photos by Max Núñez and Felipe Camus ]

Modern Brick Home Design and Plan

This house is an evolution of a prototype of chinese courtyard house. Even though it has modern and mainmast look it establish a good relationship with the surrounding environment espically the big lake not so far away from it. It’s constructed from local materials, mostly of red bricks. Thanks to that and using local workers during construction works the cladding is almost perfect. Besides that also cut the project budget a lot. Client of brick house, an famous poet in China dived himself into whole process, he works together with architect. In the result they managed to crean clean and minimalist design with unique look. [Atelier Zhanglei]

Minimalist House with Concrete Frame – Slit House

Slit House is located in historical neighborhood in Nanjing, China. Even though it has very contemporary minimalist look it’s in harmony with surroundings. The entire structure, facade and the roof are made of concrete. It’s one of the first concrete buildings in this area. Thanks to such exterior it looks minimalist and modern outside. The interior is mostly done in wood to be more comfortable to live in. There are two connected areas with half floor height difference. The living area has 2 floor ceiling height while the dining area has only 1.5 floor ceiling height. There aren’t many openings around the house in order to maintain its privacy. House by a Quiet River Deep in the Mountain with Cool Floor Plan

This house by a quiet river, deep in the mountains is designed to be connected to this landscape. It is divided into two wings, with the hole-shaped terrace in between serving to connect the wood in the back of the house with the woods on the opposite bank. There are many artificial pools that are filled with lotus right by the house. Walls are created to be light enough that the wind would sweep through but from stone. The combination of such walls, large glazing, water and lotuses make almost every place in the house calm, relaxing and connected as to the nature as to the contemporary lifestyle. [Kengu Kuma]

Modern And Minimalist House In Spain of Furniture Designer Morten Georgsen

This house belongs to the Danish furniture designer Morten Georgsen and located in Valencia, Spain. Its spectacular look is inspired by the furniture that Morten is designing for BO Concept. The region where the house is located has 320 sunny days a year, so a lot of things in the design are optimized to use that. The house is elegantly positioned on the hillside and has several terraces and a lot of big windows to catch as much natural light as possible. There is also a four feet deep pool on the ground level near the house. Two teenage sons of the owner like to jump in it from the terrace on the first floor. There are 600 year old olive and banana trees planted around the house. Inside, there are plenty of beautiful and elegant designer’s furniture pieces. A lot of it is designed by the owner himself and are in great harmony with each other.

Two-Story House with Rough Stone Facade – House M

Titus Bernhard is a German architect that is responsible for designing of this stylish and modern house. The distinctive feature of the property lies in its north-facing slope, which has to be negotiated over two storeys to reach the almost flat garden level. Almost the whole house’s facade is covered with rough stone which is a perfect addition to concrete structure. The house has plenty of transparent element like big windows and glass walls in order to maintain right amount of natural light. The interior is done in minimalist contemporary style with right angles and simple shapes everywhere. The outdoor space is also very comfortable to spent time there. Modern and Minimalist Wrap House by Japanese Architects

Future Studio is an architect’s office based in Hiroshima, Japan, headed by architect Bunzo Ogawa. Like many others Japanese architects they have interesting works under their belt. This house is one of those works. It’s called Wrap House because of its characteristic shape. Its second floor features cool terrace “wrapped” by several walls. Besides that the house has very contemporary and modern design with elements of minimalism that are quite common for Japanese houses. The color theme of the exterior is purely black and white while inside are some other light and natural tones besides them. Modern Minimalist Townhouse That is Stucked Between Very Old Neighbors

Townhouse in Landskrona is a modern minimalist house that is stucked between very old and beautiful buildings. It is designed by by Swedish architect firm Elding Oscarson even though the thoughtful design and style looks more like work of Japanese architects. As exterior as interior the design is minimalist and simple. Three thin slabs are projected into the open volume, softly dividing its functions. Clean White Small Apartment Interior Design with Minimalism in Mind

This apartment is located in 1905 building with high ceilings, large windows and wood floors. All floors and walls are painted in pure white color so white is the main color of the interior design. The total area of the apartment is 39 square meters although it has everything owners will need. There is even enough storage to store all their belongings. Rooms are quite airy and spacious thanks to the color theme and the careful furniture placing. The main room is open to the kitchen and hallway.
