Bali House In Colonial Style With Local Art Works

Bali is a real paradise on the earth. This colonial style villa is located here. The house has all characteristic features of this style: red, beige and brown color scheme, much wood, colonial style of furniture. The inside is decorated with local art – sculptures and paintings. Wicker furniture with red color gives a special shade to the living room. Outside there is a big pool and a terrace that is hidden from the sun by the roof. Windows from ceiling to floor are covered with jalousie because of hot climate and constant sun but everybody can enjoy the nature having opened the windows. Welcome to the tropical paradise!

A Tropic Villa With Local Color

Villas in the tropic countries are created for the rest and relaxation. Hot climate, lots of sun and sea make such villas an island of paradise. This villa is called Casas del Sol. I love the style of the house, it looks gorgeous like a VIP resort. The colors are neutral, the furniture is modern and very comfortable, it looks like it invites you to sit down and relax. The characteristic feature of this villa is a unique combination of modern interior with the local exotic. The fantastic coffee table made of a piece of local wood gives personality to the place. The chairs and table are also made of the local solid wood. Jalousie everywhere hides the owners from the redundant sun. I think the villa is really fantastic for spending your vacation at the sea.

Amazing Waterview Villa To Relax The Mind And Spoil The Senses

Qualia is an amazing villa at the northern-most tip of Hamilton Island´s Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It’s designed by Australian architect Chris Beckingham to become a special place to relax the mind and spoil the senses. The design combines a unique sense of space, openness and harmony. The villa is surrounded by native Eucalyptus and the building itself is handcrafted from the finest imported and local timber and stone. Interiors are filled with artworks and furniture inspired by nature. The house features unbelievable waterviews as from the inside as from an infinity pool near by. The villa is available to spend vacations there.

Tropical Dream House To Live Outdoors And Enjoy Beautiful Views

Casa Ron Ron designed by Victor Cañas studio is one of those dream houses that nobody could forget. It’s situated in a long narrow field in Costa Rica overlooking the sea, the beach and volcanoes in the distance. It features these brilliant views from a lot of rooms and several decks. One of these decks is built around a native Costa Rica tree that is always presented as a foreground in all these views.

The house features two floors with public areas downstairs and private spaces upstairs. The guest bedroom is separated from the house but attached to it with a wooden bridge by the pool. The access to the house is possible only via concrete tiles on the water. The whole house is designed to live outdoors and enjoy beautiful views that surround it.

The history of this villa has started in 1968 when a young Italian named Gian Franco Brignione saw these bays and lagoons from a small plane. Nowadays it is one of the most amazing villas in Costa Careyes, Mexico. Breathtaking views and the infinity pool are things that make it so unique, exclusive and luxury.The three bedroom in the main house have direct pool access and are complemented by a tower bedroom suite and two bungalows accessible by an electric gondola. This beauty can be rented to spend a perfect weekend there.

Light And Airy Tropical House Without Indoors-Outdoors Boundary

Tropical houses are usually designed like retreats. The weather is good so why doesn’t erase the boundary between indoors and outdoors? This house is one of such houses designed in modern style. It features an eclectic blend of designer finishes with uber-cool industrial chic touches. Soaring ceilings, limestone floors and a hinged wall window make it very light and airy. The interior is very well connected with a courtyard and a sundeck with a plunge pool. Open plan kitchen with dining, mezzanine level study, master ensuite are all quite spacious. The home is also full of home automation and security systems so it’s very comfortable and secure place to live in.

Setia Eco Park Villa, designed by TWS & Partners, is located at the palm coconut plantation in 15 minutes ride from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its design is modern, inspired by asian architecture style, but with an appreciation to tropical environment. There weren’t a lot of free space on the site so the rooftop garden with rain water catchments surfaces was created. The canopy on the roof holds solar panels that reduce 30% of energy consumed by the villa. The house is a great example of modern and sustainable architecture that uses the site as thoughtful as possible.

Floating Tropical House Design on a Steep Slope – Casa Em Ubatuba by SPBR

The 55m x 16m site of this house is located on the hill near to the Tenório Beach, Ubatuba. It’s 28m above the beach on a large and steep slope. Almost the whole site and the forest near by are protected by environmental laws so there was plenty of complications during the construction. Mostly the house done in concrete with metal frames and wooden elements. Its main entrance is via a terrace, connected with the street by a bridge. The whole structure is very original because the house looks like it’s hanging on the tree canopy. Thanks to that it features some sea views that are so cool in such areas.

4500 Square Feet Tropical House on a Very Small Lot But With a Garden

Designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects this house is located off a walk street with great views of the Pacific Ocean and Malibu coastline. Its design is all about a careful space planning. The site is a narrow 30×60-foot area but it includes not only the house but also a garden. This garden is an open green space in the center of the structure at the ground floor level. On one side of this area is a children’s room and a master’s bedroom with a bath. Not only this Zen garden makes the interior to be closer to nature. Unusual Tropical House Design – Leaf House in Brazil

Leaf house is designed by Mareines and Patalano Arquitetura and located near Rio de Janeiro on a beautiful little beach with amazing blue water. Its design is inspired by Brazil’s Indian architecture which is perfectely suited for the hot and humid climate. The roof that reminds a flower acts as a big leaf that protects from the sun all the enclosed spaces of the house. The house is perfect for social gatherings and parties because of its comfortable verandas and open spaces in between rooms. The open layout also takes advantage of trade winds that blow in from the sea, providing natural ventilation and passive cooling. There are no corridors and inside and outside are almost fused. Rain water is harvested from the roof for re-use. With its natural finishes, organic aesthetics and richness of details, the house is in harmony with the exuberant brazilian nature.
