Concrete House Partly Covered with Larch Shingles

Concrete House Covered With Larch Shingles

House K by Titus Bernhard is an interesting example of the house located on a steep slope in a perfect harmony with landscape around. It’s located about 50km south of Munich within the Bavarian Alps so the landscape is very beautiful and calm. There aren’t big cities in the area but there is a lake that house has views on. The house is build from concrete partly covered with larch shingles. Local materials were mostly used in designing an interior. It become natural and comfy – everything owners might need in such amazing place. Even though the site wasn’t very good for construction, architects managed to make the house big enough.
