Located within one of the last undeveloped parcels of land on Lake Minnetonka, Locust Hills, this new home blends an old-world aesthetic with materials and a color pallet derived from the client’s native state of Pennsylvania and incorporates several exterior living spaces to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The client wanted to achieve a sense of permanence and look as if the house had been there for a hundred years and thanks to such chose of materials the architect managed to give a life to this idea.
