   Hi
   I have a few questions to ask if you have used the grill?…or you are the maker.
   1) how easy is it to assemble this grill and disassemble as well?
   2) What is protecting the wood from smoke and fire…?
   3) What about the air circulation as well?…which determine how good your fire will be?…and how can you easily adjust the grill in case wind direction changes which can affect the fire..?
   I have so many qns which make me think this is a good unfinished product which need further modification and refinement.
