Henri Matisse was a famous French artist of fauvism that means ‘wild’ in French. His paintings inspired these colorful rugs After Matisse by Sonya. The carpets are designed to seem several layers of different colors, it’s an illusion of overlapping transparent colors. They would give a playful modern feel to any space. The irregular shape gives a touch of fun and becomes a focal point of the room, even of the kids’ one. The parts are hand-made of New Zealand wool of a superior quality. Funny minimalism – just color and simple shape, isn’t that great for your modern space?
