I had the chance to visit Germany two months ago in September and while I was there I saw some pretty amazing things from Eggersmann at their annual house fair. The new Unique console design was by far one of the most impressive cooking spaces I have seen in a while. The console is made from Carrara Marble with a special glazed antique finish, and shows great depth of design. For those interested, Eggersmann now has official representation in the U.S. and can be found at www.eggersmannusa.com.
