He was designed a minimalist home that named as House Sulla Morella which is gives you a flat area about 60m away from the street into this house. Exactly this is a simple house design that you can easily apply by the rectangular shape that attract you at the first sight. This is the great energy efficient house because this house consists of two elements that will mesmerize you because the porch made of concrete as the first element of this particularly house was finished with the white plaster, and the second element that supports this building is the main body inside the house of course. As you can seen on these houses pictures, there are also large windows that you can use as the place where you can catch up the sunlight as more as possible so that you can also build a light house design at the same time. These amazing windows also protected by the depth of the porch during the summer so you don’t have to worry about the windows anymore. This flat roof features solar panels of this house also provides you the home with electricity and a hot water. That’s the reason why this house often called as open energy efficient house.
