Red Mountain House (Magnifico Residence) is a gem surrounded by woods and mountains. It is designed by CCY Architects in collaboration with B+G Design. The 7,500-square foot home is very well connected to the nature around thanks to amazing views through large windows. It also features several outdoor spaces where owners could also enjoy the surroundings. The exterior of the house is done in concrete, blackened steel, glass and Swiss Pearl resin-based exterior cladding. These materials, right angles and simple shapes make the house looks modern and even minimalistic. Inside, black smoked oak floors and ceilings, espresso stained custom millwork in African wenge and linear steel panels contrast warmly against the concrete. The interior also features three unique fireplaces that all look stunning.
