Modern House With A Private Zone Under The Roof

This is a complete renovation of Xaio-Yen House in San-Francisco. The design is absolutely modern, the architects decided to make the plan of the house more open. The natural light was maximized due to giant windows. I like the study where there is a traditional table and cabinet and an absolutely futuristic chair of white and red plastic. This combination looks really cool! The furniture used is mostly modern; the color scheme is calm – beige, white, natural wood. I love the space right under the roof – it’s a private zone with a hot whirlpool. It’s a fantastic place to relax after a hard day and the owners are hidden from the neighbors. Studio Craig Steely Architecture made their best to make the house modern and functional.

Thanks for always sharing some great ideas. I just did a short blog on outdoor spaces so it was fun to see a more contemporary approach. Your blog is definitely going to be one that I keep on eye on. Best of luck.
