This house is located in Québec, Canada, called La Cornette by YH2 for two families. It’s not a typical country house to come for a weekend because of its exterior. The architects played with the geometry of form to attract attention and the managed to do it in the best way. Such a house definitely wouldn’t look in harmony with the surroundings but the owners didn’t want it. The wanted something different that would inspire. The interior is absolutely modern with simple neutral colors and plenty of natural wood everywhere. To complete a very modern look the designers put a contemporary fireplace and a home cinema. Natural light is everywhere. All these details make this place ideal to spend a weekend or more.
