This dark kitchen is decorated in moody colors with a distinct masculine feel
White kitchens may be “in” but, if you have the room, a dark cooking area can be just as inspiring! We’ve recently told you of stylish moody kitchens that are in trend now, and today we are going to share one more dark eye-candy of these.
With almost every element expressed in a deep grey, the Vipp Kitchen is a perfect example of moody monochromaticism. Vipp produces laconic metal kitchens, and this is one of them, with black cabinets and appliances. Similar to white, the foggy grey serves as a canvas for other fixtures and accents like live herbs or the stainless steel washbasin. There’s a large concrete window sill that is used for storage and may be used for sitting, too.
Bertoia-style chairs with full grain leather, natural stone and a fireplace focal point give this alternative kitchen and dining area a masculine edge. A large artwork piece on the wall is also done in dark colors, and a love letter chandelier over the dining zone make it more cheerful.
