This incredible house is located in Melbourne, it’s 1970′s Doncaster home of designer and illustrator Melissa Webb and family. The original building plans are dated 1979. There are black, grey, pink, cream and green marble walls and floors, sandstone and travertine walls and even featured sections of stone that contain unique fossils. There’s also a peculiarity – echoing the sound of trickling water throughout the house. There is much vintage furniture like an old record player; unusual details like a brass pole in the kitchen, many bright details and travertine walls in the dining room. The owner says that she wanted to breathe life into the house and we think she managed to do that. The house is now on sale.
