Paco is Japanese step in small houses. It’s designed by Jo Nagasaka+Schemata Architecture Office and has a size of container house (3m²). It brings minimalist design in such container houses. Paco has open roof and autonomous infrastructure what made it perfect to put in your garden or on your favorite surf place. There are plenty of similar small houses on the market and only time will show is there a place for one more with different, minimalist design.

I think that the named area is wrong.
    3m² is about 1,7m x 1,7m.
It’s impossible to live in 3m²

The smaller container size is 5,89m x 2,34m, what gives an 13,84m² area…

Probably you’re right and I misunderstood the source. I’ll check it again.
