This mid-century modern home renovation in Seattle’s Innis Arden neighborhood is done by BUILD LLC. Even though the original house was quite modest everything was optimized to make it comfortable for a family of 4 without making any additions to the existing footprint. The house’s design incorporate clean lines and a straight-forward design. The interior features an open floor plan and a an extensive cabinet package that harmoniously ties the interiors together and provides a great amount of storage. Strategically located fin walls frame views and provide a sequence of experiences. A very creative roof structure at the front announces the entry and defines the functions of the house. The courtyard is a home to a relocated Japanese maple and, thanks to the fall colors, it is a gorgeous exhibit of color.

This home is totally a dream home to any one, the fact that most of the structure of the house was made from wood and glass making it very clean and having a good lighting around the entire house. For a person deciding for a renovation a design and pattern of structure like this would be great.
