Simple Modernistic Suburban House – Fritz Residence by OJMR Architects
This 2,600 square feet residence is designed by OJMR Architects for retired couple and located in Palm Springs, California. The house is located on a flat, irregularly shaped lot at the end of a cul-de-sac and wrapped around the pool. It consist of two blocks with very simple rectangular shape which helps to simplify the overall look of the site. The blocks are connected together to define a corner with guest bedrooms in one wing and master suite in the other. Public areas like the kitchen, living room and dining room are located between wings. The rooms all access the courtyard with the pool through sliding glass walls. The house is the golden middle between enclosure and openness to outdoors. [OJMR Architects]

Hi,
I found this design suitable to our needs but can you tell us if 2600 sq ft is the area of the lot or floor area of the residential bldg.
Thank you very much.
Kindest regards,
Victorina
