Design studio Komplot Design from Copenhagen created a lamp called Calabash. This is a pendant lamp that is available in several glossy finishes – black, red, golden, silver. Thanks to the glossy finishes the lamps look very stylish. To me the organic shape of the lamp reminds not only of a calabash pumpkin but of both a pear and a Russian doll, Matryoshka. There are three sizes: diameter 158, 224 and 340. Cool color and glossy finish – that’s the keystone to success! If you use several lamps at once, they look even better. Such a piece would decorate many types of interior – minimalist, traditional, art deco or luxury interior.
