Luxury airplanes and boats are perfect examples of smart organization of small living spaces. Steve Sauer’s 182 square foot apartment is located in the basement of a 102-year-old Settle building and is another example of very thoughtful interior design. The owner combined custom furniture with IKEA and West Elm products to get most of its tiny space. There are plenty of features that even much bigger homes don’t have, including the soaking tub built into the entry floor, the video lounge area for two people, the bar area and so on. There are nothing unnecessary in this apartment and things don’t duplicate each other.
