This modern apartment is decorated with sea-inspired style and it was made by Sylvia Lenart, architect of the studio Studio Lenart. The owners decided to leave some original features from the old building: wood floor with oak planks, stained glass window in the front door and exposed red brick.
The kitchen and living room are united in one. The color scheme of the space includes navy, light blue, white and light wood, which all together create an impression of a sea-inspired room. A concrete wall was made for a modern look and to create a durable kitchen backsplash. White kitchen is large and fully equipped, because the owners love to cook very much. The kitchen island doubles as a dining table, and there’s wine storage inside. Light-colored wooden countertops make the kitchen cozier and comfier.
The living room area has a pretty rough brick wall, which remained from the old times. The sofa and chair are navy with anchor pillows, and the small coffee tables are finished in navy and light-colored wood to highlight the sea-inspired décor theme.
The bedroom is decorated simply, with white IKEA furniture and an accent wall behind the bed, with blue coral prints. There are a lot of storage cabinets that take one wall and go even over the doorcase to accommodate all the things.
Arranging the bathroom started from floor tiles with a 3D effect. Above the sink and in the shower there’s a combination of smooth strips and azure tiles, and they attract attention to fish drawer knobs. I love the refreshing color scheme in the bathroom, it looks gorgeous, and bubble lamp over the mirror remind of finishing baubles.
