I just can’t get enough of the views of this century-old farmhouse! It’s located in the Netherlands, and unfortunately I don’t know who the designer is. The converted farmhouse is decorated in a natural and rugged Scandinavian style with strokes of whimsy that makes it so fun. Look at the rustic look of the floors and the way the left the original wood beams exposed and painted them to be part of their decor — it’s a very clever solution. I also love the mid-century furniture – mostly shabby-chic – which is like bright spots in the light background. The peculiar thing is a bathroom with green plants – they make it close to nature. Enjoyable!
