This fantastic living space with a chic fusion of styles in Düsseldorf once used to be a warehouse. Architect Bruno Erpicum from the German design studio AABE managed to change the place so that you won’t recognize it. He left some brick walls untouched but outside he put a glass wall on it. Elements of industrial include brick and concrete, all the furniture is modern. The built-in storage, white plastic chairs and combinations of white and natural wood look perfect. I think the terrace looks splendid: an old tree and rough wooden furniture that looks like just pieces of an old tree. These things look great in combination with white walls and white stone floor. The only disadvantage is lack of coziness, I consider, but if you like modern and industrial style – it’s a perfect example to take some inspiration.
