This Home Camp family of objects by French designer Alban Le Henry is for outdoors and associates forged iron and different types of wood. These two natural and more resistant materials like the wooden pieces of furniture, heavy and light at the same time, with sharp lines and hooks and hangers where forged iron meets with wood to create a new series of coat racks. One of the objects is a marble version of the Sunset lamp: one piece made of limestone alabaster and the other of Calacatta marble. The pieces represent the concept of so-called ‘primitive aesthetics’ – nothing unnecessary but simple and natural look.
