This home was built in the late 1960s, there are excellent materials and a character, a strong character that can be seen in any space.
The wood paneling found throughout the house provides warmth and contrast with the vast amount of windows found at the back of the home. The exposed structure of the stairway creates an architectural element that adds function and interest. All of the different materials found when you descend to the lower level have such great character. Every space features amazing views, though the whole walls are covered with shutters to achieve more privacy.
The space that shows off the character of the space a lot is the kitchen with its colorful backsplash that looks like a graphic one. The large windows fill the space with light and provide the views; further you may see a dining space done with a black glass top table and green chairs. The dining space is located strategically next to the window to enjoy the views and light again. The master bedroom is clad with light-colored plywood and there are two large wardrobes of the same plywood that divide the sleeping zone from the rest of it. the glazed wall features shutters, which allow the views yet enough privacy. The living room is furnished very comfortably and chic, there are amazing views and the room is separated from the stairs with frosted glass.
