IKEA’s furniture is gorgeous! There are lots of items to use for decorating different spaces, and the home office we are featuring today is completely decorated with IKEA pieces. A Swedish couple made over their home office to make it functional and comfortable for working, and a black and white color scheme was chosen to fit the other spaces of the flat.

The interior has a simple design with a bench counter top and is anchored together with a BESTÅ storage solution. The KULLABERG work chairs and the classic TERTIAL work lamp add a graphic contrast and a bit of a retro vibe with its simple industrial character.  For the interior they gathered practical details from the kitchen range, such as the EKBACKEN countertop, which provides a generous working space (with space for two) and the toolbar in the SUNNERSTA series. On the cork wall they also mounted a BOTKYRKA wall shelf, which becomes a nice relief area, surrounded by the couple’s inspirational images that give the room its personal character. A potted tree enlivens the monochromatic space.
