Pack Horse chair is a super-functional piece with lots of storage plus very comfy for sitting
We are seeking for more and more functional furniture to save some space and get more for less. Today we are sharing one more piece of that kind – a very functional chair by Michael Copper.
Pack Horse chair not only features a built-in bookshelf, but it also has straps to hold down a blanket and side compartments to keep various objects in place. Even though books are pictured, you could put some snacks like chips and cookies inside. You can even hide more snacks—maybe the ones you’re more ashamed to be eating—in a hidden compartment under the seat, which is covered with green felt. Or you could use it for more practical items like sketching tools. Behind the seat there’s a matching blue blanket roll that can be unpacked and used to cozy up the chair.
The chair is designed of light-colored wood and in yellow and blue felt for a bold and contrasting touch. It will be a nice idea for both an indoor and outdoor space and could be even agreat portable chair if it could be easily disassembled. Everything in this design is simple but totally practical and cool!
