This penthouse is a guest house located not far from Cape Town, South African Republic. First of all, let’s mark the architecture because it’s marvelous. On the outside the white walls are decorated with wood, the façade looks very modern. The house is big, with 4 bedrooms – each guest is given privacy thanks to glass separation walls. Two of the bedrooms are in a separate house which can be used independently from the main house but they are connected with a lift. The interior comprises all the modern tendencies in designing – contemporary Italian furniture, a bathroom wall mosaic made on order – and authentic local furniture and local details of the interior like an aquarium with a Malawi fish. All that gives a special atmosphere to the house, the interior has clear lines and modern shapes.
