The owner of the apartment wanted to get up in the morning at the sea. He also always wanted to be closer to New York bars. The game of color, light and geography made the work.
The apartment become 150 sq.m personal spa where every window, long part of the main room and a significant part of the roof are look to the sea. Four windows moved together could give the owner the ability to spent day under the clear sky. The interior is the game of blue, gray, black and white colors with natural and artificial light. That made it look glamorous and modern. Parquet floors add a bit of old-fashion sense and warm to the interior even though they are dark colored. Floor parts made of glass with blue light under it make the feeling that the apartment not just have sea views but also are really on water. As the owner said after the renovation: “I feel like I live at the sea, as I always wanted, while having all possible comfort”.

Everything is too shiny and does not look comfortable. Anyone who lives with someone else would not want the bathroom sink a foot from their head. The kitchen stools look uncomfortable. I would have to wear sunglasses when I first got up, this place is all hard and industrial looking. Not how I’d like to live.

much too cramped and confused.
that bed looks to me actually scary, so crushed up against the window does it appear, with that ugly headwall pushing from the other end. i’d feel on the point of being shoved out of the window and over the edge as by an earth-mover.
godspeed the day when those stupid walls die a natural death. the fengshui or vibe in general is to this humble punter horrible
