The Milk Lamp is inspired by the classic nordic milk stool and Nordic tradition of wood and glass. It is designed by NORM architects Kasper Rønn & Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen for &tradition. It’s the first item in a series of sensory design for the home that comes in two flavors – with black or with white cord. The lamp itself is made in white translucent glass, acrylic and oak. It is dimensioned to fit in all corners of the home for a perfect cosy atmosphere. The angle of the legs, the soft edges and the cord in the middle gives the lamp its anthropomorphic character. It is the perfect decoration for any swedish apartment or any other modern interior design.

I like this. At first glance I wasn’t sure, but it’s actually really cute. Any decor that uses a lot of wood would look great next to it.
