Using wastes is a great eco-friendly idea, especially if these are wooden wastes – today the number of forests decreases very fast. Italian designer Marco Stefanelli presented a genial idea – to use wastes of a wood processing plant – pieces of wood cleaned from resins. In the cracks where there was some resin now there is light! LED light inside these cracks doesn’t interfere the harmony of nature, the soft light is very beautiful and relaxing. That’s why the collection of lamps is called Brecce which means ‘a break’ in Italian. All these pieces are exclusive and one of a kind because there are no identical pieces of wood. Enjoy the soft light of nature!
