One+ is a small home modular system designed by Lars Frank Nielsen of the Danish studio ONEN for the Swedish company Add-A-Room. It allows to build small homes or additions to existing ones based on prefabricated 15 square meter modules. These modules are made of high-quality local Swedish materials and has stylish, energy efficient and future-proof design. Such small houses have a lot of implementations. For example, they could be used as a teenage accommodation, as a guest room or even as a summer house. The company delivers them via truck and install it via crane on your site. The minimal price for one module is $35,000.
