This amazing modern apartment is located in San-Francisco, on a garret. A big garret of 127 feet Jeff Wardell and Claudia Sagan turned into a cool minimalist space where there is everything including a guest house and a work office. The floor is made of natural wood, the walls now have a texture that makes them look like it’s a storehouse but the owners wanted that. The plan is open, thanks to the big windows there is much light inside. The guest and work zones are separated in a very original way: they are made of containers. Modern interior with industrial and art-deco touches – what can be better?
