Reinterpreted Japanese Rice Paper Lanterns – Rituals By Foscarini

Wed, Jun 19, 2013 | Lights | By Kate

Foscarini is a brand that creates cool lighting and it continues to surprise us! Today it’s a lamp collection called Rituals – various forms of frosted blown glass seem randomly arranged and harmonize exactly due to being together. Japanese rice paper lamps inspired these pieces and have been completely reinterpreted into something more modern but still with that soft glow. There are table versions with small but stable legs and pendant versions, they are suitable for many spaces and styles from mid-century to minimalist and together look as a whole light composition, stylish and with soft light.
