Remembrance is an original coffee table designed by Mitch Steinmetz. We all know that the coffee table is usually the center of any living room. Many coffee tables nowadays has built-in storage to hide some things like magazines, books and even kids toys. We also know that photo albums preserves memories, giving life to past events and emotions. The designer has managed to combine all these things in one furniture object. Remembrance combines the social interaction of family gatherings with the nostalgia and enjoyment of remembering the past. It creates new memories while simultaneously cataloguing and cherishing old ones.
