This townhouse in the Hague is a combo of classic, modern, vintage and neutrals paired with bold spots. This is a trendy moody dwelling with bold artworks and unique items that set the tone of the spaces. Let’s take a closer look at these 100 square meters!
The house features mostly dark walls everywhere – olvie green, grey ones except for the sunroom, which is done with bright green walls that make your feel like outdoors. You can see white wooden floors and original molding on the ceilings but as for the style of the dwelling itself – it’s eclectic, as there are lots of elements of various styles that come in harmony. The furniture is also totally eclectic: here you’ll see vintage, mid-century modern, minimalist, glam and rustic and many other items, too, and the same goes to decor.
The sunroom is the only bright space in the house, it’s done with bright green, a glazed wall and bright artworks – it really feels like outdoors thanks to green walls. There are two dining zones – small breakfast one by the fireplace and a separate room that echo with each other. Both spaces can double as home offices or just work spaces. Though the fireplace is a non-working one, it still adds to the ambience of the house. Another very peculiar room is the kitchen, which is done with a shabby chic table with much texture that contrasts the more or less modern space itself and gives it a character.
