Changing industrial spaces into living ones is a hot tendency today, and this house was originally a metal-working shop for the Munich utilities company Stadtwerke München. The building itself has so much character that it wasn’t changed too much to preserve a modern industrial vibe. Designliga added some cool furniture to the industrial chic – mostly of the mid-century style. I love the library zone: it’s industrial but very cozy at the same time, and the brick clad here looks amazing! The color scheme of the space is simple – the remained brick clad and some whites; the décor pieces are more colorful.
