Original White Tiles Exhibiting Archeological Fragments

Master ceramist Alessio Sarri and designers Sottsass, Natalini, Du Pasquier and Morrison were inspired by the archaeological fragments and ruins from famous Italian museums and created original white tiles with shapes coming from different times of Roman and Greek culture recalling us that the past is still living in the present time. The tiles were made using virtual digital models of the archaeological artifacts and a cutting edge technique: this project explores the relationship between design, archeology and craftsmanship in an experimental way. Such tiles would look perfect in any home spa or just bathroom and would give it a refined look.
