This unusual space by designers Isabelle Stanislas and Leiko Oshima is located in Paris. The strong identity is seen in an awesome mix of everything: black and white, glamorous details and rough wood furniture. The interiors were made to create large open spaces but retain the great sensitivity of the building’s history which was built in the 18th century. All the mouldings, wood floors and details were restored and preserved. The mirrors throughout the whole apartment were also restored and became the most characteristic feature of this place, especially the gold plated life size mirrors in the living room which strongly remind of Versailles. Patterns and motives together with wood paneling make you feel like in old times.
