Scandinavian designers keep surprising and exciting us presenting their creations. Homeowner Ulla Koskinen, designer for Finnish firms like Marimekko and Artek, worked alongside her husband creating a cozy nest for them. The house is very simple in design, minimalist and airy due to the magnificent open-layout floor plan; the interior was made using concrete, wood and glass, combined with mostly a gray and black palette. Natural wood floors and furniture came from fallen trees around the property add a rustic touch. Peaceful feeling, calming views and clean open plan of the house let the owners relax at maximum.
